Kyle Eccclestone - Founder and President, Ecclestone Horse Transport (EHT)

Kyle Ecclestone

Founder and President


Kyle Ecclestone is a lifelong equestrian with a passion for both horses and logistics. He grew up competing in the hunter and jumper disciplines before expanding his involvement into breed sport with Friesians and Saddlebreds. Together with his wife, Lawren, Kyle operates a small KWPN jumper breeding program, while Lawren competes a string of top-level jumpers throughout Canada and the United States. Kyle’s passion for harness horses remains strong today through his ownership of several distinguished Friesian stallions.


Kyle also serves on the Board of Directors of the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, one of the world’s most prestigious equestrian events, where he helps support the continued growth and promotion of agriculture and the horse industry in Canada.



In 2017, Kyle was recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by the CFDC for his development of EHT. In 2025, Ecclestone Horse Transport was named Show Jumping Sponsor of the Year by Equestrian Canada. Following the company’s 10th anniversary, EHT entered its second decade in 2026 as the Official Transporter of Equestrian Canada and Ontario Equestrian, and the Official Canadian Transporter of the United States Equestrian Federation—milestones that reflect Kyle’s ongoing commitment to supporting athletes, breeders, and horse owners while helping advance equestrian sport across North America.

David has been a vital part of the EHT family for nearly a decade, bringing consistency, leadership, and deep industry knowledge to everything he does. Beyond his work with us, he has a lifelong, multi-generational connection to the Morgan horse world, with hands-on experience in breeding, training, and showing at the highest levels. As a young equine professional, he refined his craft apprenticing at the prestigious Broadmoor under legendary horsemen Mike Goebig and Dwayne Knowles. That background gives him a unique perspective and a genuine understanding of the horses, and people, we serve every day.

Dominique Nugent - Operations Manager, Ecclestone Horse Transport (EHT)

Operations Manager


Dominique is the Operations Manager for EHT. She has had a love of horses since she was young. Prior to EHT she worked in an animal hospital, and has a long history working in the travel industry. Looking for a career change, she joined EHT and bridged her love for animals and history of travel planning. Dominique is the voice at the other end of the phone that will help coordinate your plans and answer any questions you may have.

Molly brings over 20 years of hands-on experience as a dedicated equine professional. She began her riding career in Fox Hunting and explored multiple disciplines before discovering her true passion for Polo at an early age. With a deep love for horses, extensive industry knowledge, and a strong client focused mindset, Molly helps ensure our brand and community are supported every step of the way. She works closely alongside Dominique to ensure our clients and athletes are supported at the highest level.
